Purchase order Shipping and Delivery
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, typically the same day or within 24 hours. As a reminder, the shipping estimates provided are from the carrier the customer selects at checkout. While we ensure prompt order fulfillment on our end, we kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot directly control the carrier's delivery timelines.
Lace USA is not responsible for carrier shipping delays, delivery errors, lost, held, damaged or stolen packages. We do not compensate for delivery delays.
Responsibility: Once your order is shipped, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the chosen carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). We recommend using the provided tracking number to monitor your package's progress. Most carriers offer procedures for lost or damaged packages on their websites.
After payment is processed and your order is packaged, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment. *Don’t see that email? Be sure to check your spam or junk folder!
Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. Once shipped, shipments cannot be rerouted. Please ensure all shipping information such as name, address, and phone number are correct prior to payment of your order!
